Terms and Conditions
Event Planning Services
- SparkleEventDesigns provides full-service event planning and design for corporate, social, and private events.
- The scope of services will be outlined in a detailed contract prior to the event.
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional fees.
Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure SparkleEventDesigns' services.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date.
- Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in the cancellation of services.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 60-90 days prior will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior are non-refundable.
Vendor Relationships
- SparkleEventDesigns maintains relationships with preferred vendors for event services and rentals.
- Clients may use alternative vendors, but SparkleEventDesigns is not responsible for the quality or timeliness of their work.
- Clients are responsible for directly paying all vendors not contracted through SparkleEventDesigns.
Liability and Insurance
- SparkleEventDesigns carries comprehensive general liability insurance to cover the company's operations.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining their own event insurance to cover any injuries, damages, or other liabilities that may arise.
- SparkleEventDesigns is not liable for any issues or incidents that occur during the event.
Intellectual Property
- All event designs, plans, and materials created by SparkleEventDesigns are the intellectual property of the company.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for any purpose without written permission.
